Soft skills are increasingly important for entering the job market, but to date there are no specific criteria to formally evaluate them and recognize their value. Enhancement and recognition of transversal and soft skills is especially important for women who are at risk of social exclusion.

Soft skills self-evaluation tool
A questionnaire to evaluate your main soft skills. It can be used as a self-assessment tool or under the guidance of an operator, and is available in 10 languages. At the end of the questionnaire, you will receive a score to evaluate your skills.
