What are soft skills?

Soft skills are a combination of human/ interpersonal skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, social and emotional intelligence quotients, among others, which enable you to navigate your environment, work well as a team, perform well, and achieve your goals in synergy with hard skills.

Why enhance your soft skills?

Soft skills are increasingly important for entering the job market, but to date there are no specific criteria to formally evaluate them and recognize their value. Enhancement and recognition of transversal and soft skills is especially important for women who are at risk of social exclusion.

We can help you to:

Recognize, value and promote your own soft skills.
Reflect on your personal competences, in order to detect areas of improvement and training needs.
Provide a richer and more articulate presentation during job interviews
