What are soft skills?

Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, social intelligence and emotional intelligence quotients, among others, that enable to navigate your environment, work well with others, perform well, and achieve your goals with complementing hard skills.

Why enhancing your soft skills?

Soft skills are increasingly important for entering the job market, but to date there are no specific criteria to formally evaluate them and recognize their value. The enhancement and recognition of transversal and soft skills are especially important for women at risk of social exclusion.

  • Reflect on your personal competences, in order to detect areas of improvement and training
  • Provide a richer and more articulate presentation during job interviews

Soft skills self-evaluation tool

A questionnaire to evaluate your main soft skills, which can be used as a self-assessment tool, or can be guided by an operator. The questionnaire is available in 10 languages. At the end of the questionnaire, you will receive a score to evaluate your skills
